In the last couple of years, I was starting to feel the routine getting monotonous.
It felt like work, go home, and manage the family and young children. So I was seeking, what can I do to keep life more interesting and more fun? So, I came across Jesse. it’s Jesse Itzler that you may or may not have heard of. He’s a serial entrepreneur, a successful guy, and he comes up with an annual planning, which comes up with a Musogi, which is a big pursuit, like one big physical or spiritual goal for the year, and six mini adventures.
And so, at the beginning of the year, this year and last year, I’ve been trying to add six mini adventures with my business, my family, my friends, which makes life more interesting. It could be like a hike on a mountain, it could be a short vacation, it could be traveling to the beach, it could be a concert, just something that is different from the day-to-day routine. And then the Musogi is something really big that should scare you, like, you know, like a one-day hike up a mountain or something that would really make you nervous, that requires planning and preparation.
So what do I do to try to fight the mundane and the routine and the, dare I say, boring? Add some mini adventures into your life, and it will certainly make it more fun and more interesting. So my my LinkedIn friends out there, what do you do to keep your life more interesting, more fun, more adventurous, and to not get sucked into the monotony of day to day life?
