Hi. My name is Vincent Finaldi, and in this video, I wanted to address my industry, specifically, the telecommunications industry, which is a very large and scaled ecosystem as you probably imagine. And often in passing or business acquaintances and friends or, like, what’s happening in telecom? And if I had to say that the number one obvious trend would be where Microsoft Teams plays into this.
So Microsoft Teams has over three hundred million user subscribers using Office three sixty-five. If you’re watching this video, you probably there’s a good chance you use Teams in your environment. So naturally, the calling application and texting application can be moved over to Teams. So if I had to address the most obvious trend in telecom among many, but probably the biggest one is where Microsoft Teams comes into your voice and telecom strategy, if at all?
I would say that’s something that is gonna be very obvious and apparent within five years. And their adoption rate, I think, will be in the tens of millions of subscribers. So as a buyer, as a customer, as someone in telecom, I would keep an eye on that and make sure you’re on the right side of that because the adoption rate is gonna be incredible.
